Definition

This cookie is used on the side of the visitor's UI so that HubSpot can determine / save if the chat widget is open for future visits. Reset after 30 minutes to close the widget after 30 minutes of inactivity.

When you delete the welcome message in the message tool, a cookie is set to prevent it from appearing again for a day.

The main cookie for monitoring visitors. It contains the domain, utk (see below), initial timestamp (first visit), last timestamp (last visit), current timestamp (this visit) and session number (increments for each subsequent session).

hubspotutk

10 Years

This cookie is used to keep track of a visitor's identity. This cookie is passed to HubSpot when the form is submitted and used when the contacts are deduplicated.

__hssc

30 min

his cookie keeps track of sessions. This is used to determine if we should increase the session number and the timestamp in the __hstc cookie. Contains the domain, viewCount (increments each pageView in a session) and the session start date / time.

Session cookies

Whenever HubSpot changes the session cookie, this cookie is also set. We set it to 1 and use it to determine if the visitor has restarted the browser. If this cookie does not exist when we manage cookies, we assume that this is a new session.

It is represented by a unique hash that keeps track of the following information: identification value, timestamp of the last time the cookie was set, counter of visits, total number of sources from which the user has accessed the site , utmcsr field (traffic source), utmccn field (campaign name), utmcmd (medium), utmcct field (content description).

STORE_REMEMBERME

Cookie that allows the user to access the site again without having to re-enter his authentication credentials. It consists of an encrypted string generated from the value of the user's username and password.

Cookie that stores the preferred language of site navigation set by the user.

STORE_CART

Cookie represented by an encrypted string that keeps track of the user name and the unique identifier of the shopping cart set up for purchase. It allows the user to access the list of products associated with this cart even in the days following the creation of the cart itself

Cookie that identifies the authenticated user during a session. It consists of an encrypted string generated from the value of the user's username and password.
