The resource, will be responsible for implementing innovative solutions aimed at improving product transformation processes, in order to reduce work time and refining their execution methods. In this constant performance analysis and monitoring activity, he/she will constantly interface with the Design Area and the purely Production Area, reporting directly to the Operations Department.
Requirements:
● Master's degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
● Previous experience of at least 5 years gained in process area, manufacturing and/or product industrialization;
● Coming from companies, operating on order, both medium and large sized, preferably operating on COMMITMENT, in the electromechanical/automation/white goods sector, similar, etc.
● Desirable experience in the implementation of projects related to productivity improvement and reindustrialization of production processes;
● Good knowledge of methodologies related to Lean Manufacturing;
● Fair command of the English language, written and spoken;
● Good up-down relationship skills, assertiveness, initiative and passion for the role complete the profile of the ideal candidate.
The offer:
